Protected Parties. 12.1 Any of the protected parties may enforce the terms of any provision of this Contract which purports to confer any rights on them, subject to and in accordance with the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000.
Protected Parties. “Protected Parties” shall refer collectively herein to Consortium and the Exhibit Manager.
Protected Parties. ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE SHALL ALSO PROTECT DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS OF EACH PARTY AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES AND SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY OF EITHER PARTY, ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS.
Protected Parties. Protected Parties" means the Bank, the Holding Company, their affiliates, and any direct or indirect subsidiaries thereof.
Protected Parties. American Enterprise Life agrees that if it comes into possession of any list or compilation of the identities of or other information about the AVIF Protected Parties' customers or any other information or property of the AVIF Protected Parties, other than such information as may be independently developed or compiled by American Enterprise Life from information supplied to it by the AVIF Protected Parties' customers who also maintain accounts directly with American Enterprise Life, American Enterprise Life will hold such information or property in confidence and refrain from using, disclosing or distributing any of such information or other property except: (a) with AVIF's prior written consent; or (b) as required by law or judicial process. Each party acknowledges that any breach of the agreements in this Section 18 would result in immediate and irreparable harm to the other parties for which there would be no adequate remedy at law and agree that in the event of such a breach, the other parties will be entitled to equitable relief by way of temporary and permanent injunctions, as well as such other relief as any court of competent jurisdiction deems appropriate.
Protected Parties. A Protected Party making, or intending to make a claim under Section 2.17(g) above shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent of the event which will give, or has given, rise to the claim, following which the Administrative Agent shall notify Holdings (or the relevant Loan Party). A Protected Party shall, on receiving a payment from a Loan Party under Section 2.17(g), notify the Administrative Agent.

The Protected Parties shall have the right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Axx 0000 to enforce Clause 10 and any other relevant Clauses necessary for the enforcement of the indemnities therein, including Clause 11, 13, 14, 15, and the Guarantee (or such Security as may be in effect at the time).
