Proprietary Notice. The parties will mutually develop an appropriate proprietary notice(s) for use in connection with this Agreement. The parties agree to cooperate in removing or remarking any information marked as Proprietary Information which ceases to be Proprietary Information for reasons set forth in Article 1.11, Definitions or because the information was publicly disclosed in a patent, copyrighted work, or as may be required by law.
