Proofing Sample Clauses
The Proofing clause establishes the process by which one party reviews and approves drafts or samples of work before final production or delivery. Typically, this involves the service provider submitting proofs—such as design mockups, printed samples, or digital previews—to the client for inspection and feedback. The client may request changes or corrections, and final approval is required before the work proceeds. This clause ensures that the final product meets the client's expectations and specifications, reducing the risk of errors or misunderstandings.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files and your approval of any proof (whether in electronic or paper form) indicates your agreement that the job is ready to be sent to press. We are not responsible for production errors resulting from (a) proofs not required by client, (b) work produced in accordance with a proof you approved, or (c) requests for changes communicated orally. Because of differences in paper types, inks, equipment, processing and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed work shall constitute acceptable delivery.
