Project Compliance. The Project complies or will comply with all presently applicable building and zoning, health, environmental, and safety ordinances and laws and all other applicable laws, rules, and regulations of any and all governmental and quasi-governmental authorities having jurisdiction over any portion of the Project.

Project Compliance. (a) The Project is and will continue to be owned, developed, constructed and maintained in compliance in all material respects with all applicable Laws and in compliance in all material respects with the requirements of all Necessary Project Approvals (including all Deferred Approvals) then required to have been obtained.

Project Compliance. Some of the projects will be administered by the City of Chula Vista with federal oversight provided by Caltrans Division of Local Assistance (DLA). These projects shall comply with the procedures and guidelines as defined by Local Assistance Program Guidelines (LAPG) Chapter 13, Intelligent Transportation System Program and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Chapter 23, Section 940 (23 CFR 940) entitled “Intelligent Transportation System Architecture and Standards”. The ITS Program Guidelines describe the best professional practices for planning and implementing of ITS projects. They also establish the roles and responsibilities for all parties who are involved in the federal-aid ITS process, as well as define the process required for all ITS projects that will utilize federal funds. 23 CRF 940 requires that all federal-aid projects: • be consistent with the Regional ITS Architecture, • use applicable ITS Standards, • perform a Systems Engineering Analysis that is commensurate with the scope of the project. Conformance with these requirements will be reviewed by City staff and Caltrans DLA.
Project Compliance. The Project must operate in accordance with applicable laws, including, without limitation, the complex legal and tax rules applicable to charitable organizations that are tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Project may not use any funds to support or oppose candidates for public office, encourage violations of law or public policy, or cause any private inurement or improper private benefit. Fiscal Sponsor will provide the Project with guidance on compliance issues as Fiscal Sponsor deems appropriate. The Project Director is required to raise any questions regarding compliance with their Fiscal Sponsor Contact. The Project Director will direct all questions regarding compliance to its assigned Fiscal Sponsor Contact.
Project Compliance. (a) As of the Bring Down Date, except as set forth on Schedule 5.08, the Project is owned, improved and maintained in compliance in all material respects with all applicable Laws and in compliance in all material respects with the requirements of all Necessary Project Approvals (including all Deferred Approvals) then required to have been obtained.

Project Compliance. In accordance with Article 5 of this Agreement, Recipient (acknowledging that County staff is required to periodically attend events funded under this Program to verify that the Services provided comply with the terms of the Agreement) must provide to the Contract Administrator a minimum of two (2) tickets/admission to the Project. Entry to the Project by County staff for verification purposes will be at no additional cost to County. County has developed policies and procedures to determine which projects are subject to this provision, the number of staff members required to attend, and other criteria to verify compliance. County will be reasonable in its request for admission to the funded Project, and Recipient will provide all required admission documents no less than ten (10) days before the start of the Project or event. Recipient must ensure that County is provided reasonable access to the Project in order to satisfy its obligations under this provision.
Project Compliance. The Project complies in all material respects with all covenants, conditions, restrictions and reservations in the Government Approvals, if any, applicable at such time, the Loan Documents and the Satellite Contracts applicable thereto, except for any failure to comply that could not reasonably be expected to affect adversely the validity of such Government Approvals or otherwise to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Project Compliance. The current assets and operations of Agrinatural do, or upon completion, shall comply with all applicable environmental, pollution control and ecological laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. All governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Real Estate have issued all necessary permits, licenses or other authorizations for the construction, occupancy, operation and use of the Real Estate.
