Project Completion Deadline. The Project set forth in Exhibit “B” shall be initiated and completed within one (1) year after the Effective Date hereof. Any unspent funds allocated to this Agreement remaining at the end of the first year following the Effective Date shall be returned to the Program and no longer be available for use by the Grantee, unless the Executive Director of the CRA has, at his or her discretion, granted the Grantee an extension of time.

Project Completion Deadline. Contractor shall be obligated hereunder to achieve Project Completion within one hundred eighty (180) days after Final Acceptance of the Facility (the "Project Completion Deadline"). If Contractor does not achieve Project Completion on or before the Project Completion Deadline or if Owner determines that Contractor is not proceeding with all due diligence to complete the Services in order to achieve Project Completion by such deadline, Owner may retain another contractor to complete such work at Contractor's expense.

Project Completion Deadline. Purchaser agrees to use commercially reasonable and diligent efforts to cause the work for the Project to be performed as soon as reasonably practicable following determination of the Scope and selection of a contractor in accordance with the terms hereof. Purchaser shall achieve final completion of the Project on or before the one year anniversary of the date hereof; provided that if the work required for the Project is not completed in full as of such date, but Purchaser is diligently pursuing completion of the same, the deadline shall be extended to such date as is reasonably required to complete the Scope of the Project work using commercially reasonable efforts (“Project Completion Deadline”). Upon the Project Completion Deadline, if not earlier disbursed pursuant to Section 5 above, Escrow Funds in the amount of all outstanding and unpaid out of pocket expenses paid or incurred by Purchaser in connection with the Project shall be released to Purchaser, and all remaining Escrow Funds after the payment of the verified Project costs incurred through the Project Completion Deadline shall be released to Seller, less any Escrow Agent fees.
Project Completion Deadline. Contractor shall be obligated hereunder to achieve Project Completion within ninety (90) days after Final Performance Acceptance (the “Project Completion Deadline”). If Owner determines that Contractor is not proceeding with all due diligence to complete the Work in order to achieve Project Completion by such date, Owner may retain another contractor to complete such Work and apply the Retainage to pay such other contractor for such Work. In the event that the Retainage held by Owner shall not be sufficient to cover Owner’s costs in bringing the Facility to Project Completion Contractor shall promptly pay to Owner the amount of such deficiency. Contractor shall be obligated hereunder to achieve Project Completion not later than ninety (90) days after Final Acceptance of the Facility (the "PROJECT COMPLETION DEADLINE"). If Contractor does not achieve Project Completion on or before the Project Completion Deadline or if Contractor is not proceeding with all due diligence to complete the Services in order to achieve Project Completion by such deadline, Owner may retain another contractor to complete such work and Contractor shall pay to Owner upon demand any and all costs reasonably incurred by Owner in completing the Services in the event and only to the extent such costs exceed the remaining unpaid portion of the Contract Price that would have been payable to Contractor hereunder to complete the Services had this Agreement been performed.
Project Completion Deadline. “Project Completion Deadline” is October 1, 2019.
Project Completion Deadline. Developer shall use Reasonable Efforts to diligently proceed and maintain timely and progressive work on the Project until completion. The parties acknowledge construction of the Project is subject to available commercial financing; however, it is agreed that construction on the Project will begin no later than December 1, 2018 and will continue in a timely manner, with due diligence, until completed. Developer shall use Reasonable Efforts to complete all Project improvements by the Project Completion Deadline. Although it is not anticipated, and is discouraged, Developer may request the Project Manager to extend the Project Completion Deadline, on a one-time basis only, for a period of time not to exceed nine (9) months. A written request explaining the need for the extension shall be submitted to the Project Manager not less than ninety (90) days prior to the Project Completion Deadline. If the Project Manager believes sufficient reason has been presented to justify an extension of the Project Completion Deadline, the Project Manager may grant an extension of up to nine (9) months. This extension will also extend the date by which the Property will go on the ad valorem tax rolls as a completed Project by the same amount of time. Any other or further extension may be granted only by the express written consent of the Trust, which the Trust may grant or withhold in its sole discretion. Nothing herein shall be constructed to mean Developer has failed to perform its duty to use Reasonable Efforts to complete the Project by the Project Completion Deadline solely due to the fact Developer does not complete the Project by the Project Completion Deadline.
Project Completion Deadline. The Project must be completed no later than June 30, 2020. An extension may be granted by XXXXX, through an amendment, if a written request showing demonstrable progress toward completion of the Project is submitted and IDALS determines such an extension is warranted. Any extension request submitted by the Grantee must be received by IDALS no later than 30 days prior to expiration of this contract.
