Prohibited Articles. Contractor and any of its employees or other personnel brought to the Site or any CCI location shall not possess or bring onto the Site or any CCI location any illegal drugs, prescription drugs for which the individual has no prescription, legal drugs in excessive amounts, drug paraphernalia, alcoholic beverages, firearms and other weapons, contraband, or stolen property. If any of the above articles are brought onto the Site or any CCI location, the individual possessing the prohibited articles will be ordered off the premises and may not, in CCI’s sole discretion, be permitted to re-enter. CCI’s personnel may conduct inspections and searches of any individual or property on the Site or any CCI location without prior announcement at such times and at such locations as CCI considers appropriate. Contractor shall inform its employees, Subcontractors and other personnel of the provisions of this Section 7.6 to ensure compliance. If, in CCI’s sole judgment it is desirable, the Contractor at CCI’s request shall remove any of Contractor’s employees, Subcontractors or other personnel from the Work and/or CCI’s Site. CCI SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO CONTRACTOR AND CONTRACTOR AGREES, WITHOUT LIMIT AND AT ITS OWN COST, TO RELEASE, DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE CCI GROUP HARMLESS FOR, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM ANY SUCH REMOVAL.

Prohibited Articles. Also carriage of dry cell batteries, knives, scissors, sharp instruments, tools, fire arms, ammunition, and their toy replicas are prohibited in the passenger cabin. Valuable Articles Currency, precious metals, jewelry, negotiable instruments, securities, personal identification documents and other items of value are best carried with the passengers in the cabin. Lion Air assumes no liability for any valuable articles carried.

Any child who is ill and unable to go out for recess must bring a note from a parent requesting permission to remain indoors during recess. Students will report to the teacher who is covering detention at that time. A note from the family physician may be requested at discretion of the building administrator. REPORT CARDS / STUDENT PROGRESS REPORTS Progress reports will be sent home with all students midway through each marking period. Elementary students will be issued report cards four times a year, following the end of each nine-week interval. Parents must pick up the first interval report card. An in-service day will be held for this purpose and for parent-teacher conferences. Any article, product, Commodity, or substance considered illegal contraband by any state or federal government entity, forbidden to be owned, possessed, or forbidden to be transported by any government entity. 2. Any material, cargo, or product(s), defined in the Hazardous Materials Table contained in 49 CFR 179.101 with a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 13 in the Special Provisions column. This includes, but is not limited to, any material, cargo, or product(s) "Toxic by Inhalation" or "Inhalation Hazard, 3. Flammable Compressed Gas, taking Class 2 Division 2.1 in Tariff BOE 6000-Series, will not be handled when loaded in ISO Tank Containers or portable tanks. 4. Hazardous Materials of Asbestos, Class 6 or any subsidiary Class 6, Class 7 (radioactive material) and hazardous waste or liquids, as described in the current edition of DOT CFR 49, Parts 106-180 Hazardous Materials Regulations and the Hazardous Materials section of this MITA. 5. Sodium compounds (STCC 28-123-NN).

Prohibited Articles. Tenant shall not keep, use, sell or offer for sale in or upon the Premises any article which may be prohibited by the standard form of fire and extended risk insurance policy. Tenant agrees to promptly make, at Tenant’s cost, any repairs, alterations, changes and/or improvements to Tenant’s fixtures and equipment in the Premises required by the company issuing Landlord's fire insurance on the Premises so as to avoid the cancellation of such insurance. Landlord confirms that the articles currently used, sold, or offered for sale in or upon the Premises by Tenant do not contravene the provisions of this Section 9.03.

Lessor's employees shall not personally carry, or otherwise transport or transfer, certain items of personal property onto the Hanford Site or any DOE-owned or leased facility off the Site proper at which the Lessor is performing work under this Contract.
