Program Reviews. The Contractor shall attend an annual program review with the GSA Program Office. These reviews may be held at the GSA or Contractor facility. Agenda items may include, but are not limited to: Task Order and Service Level Agreement performance against Task Order metrics, contract status, projected business volume forecast, upcoming opportunities, marketing, conferences, and any other outstanding issues. Program Reviews will be conducted at no additional cost to the Government.
Program Reviews. The MOA holder must participate with the Government in program reviews, if conducted, at a time and location of the Government's choice. The Government will provide advance notice of such meetings. Program reviews are to help monitoring, and improving contract performance, where necessary. The Government will not pay associated costs with the attendance at these reviews.

Reviews may occur periodically during the term of this agreement and if required will be scheduled by GSA. During these reviews the Contractor shall report on among other things, status of BPA sales, marketing and any outstanding issues concerning the BPA. The program review agenda shall be prepared by GSA and provided to the Contractor prior to each program review.

Program Reviews. Buyer and Supplier may carry out formal management reviews periodically at Buyer’s facilities, to evaluate Supplier’s performance of this Agreement. During these reviews, Supplier agrees to present and provide actual performance data with respect to this Agreement. Program Reviews. List of Formal Reviews BATC will host and conduct formal reviews at the following program milestones. BATC shall prepare charts, viewgraphs, analysis results, trade study results, etc. in the quantity and quality typical of aerospace industries reviews.
Program Reviews. This technique involves the comprehensive review and evaluation of an agency’s organization, policies, procedures, processes and operating practices that are used to perform a particular aspect or element of the Federal-aid highway program. The acceptability and effectiveness of the program is normally determined by an investigation/evaluation of samples of the end product of the program compared to desired results or specific criteria. Program reviews have three primary purposes – 1) validating processes and procedures for efficiency and/or compliance with program requirements; 2) analyzing and solving problem areas that were identified by the investigation; and 3) identify ing opportunities for improvement and best practices. The implementation of the recommendations should result in continuous process improvement. Program reviews are performed jointly with the State DOT. The process for the performance of Program Reviews is documented in the policy document located at FHWA/MoDOT Joint Program Review Guidelines.
Program Reviews. IDT and TSMC agree to participate in regular monthly program reviews by a program review committee established by IDT and TSMC to focus on operational details of the installation, qualification, and ongoing performance of the manufacturing processes.
