Priority Areas. 12.3.1. It will be the responsibility of the Full-service Borough to identify Priority Areas (if any) for the Trial. A Priority Area should be a specific area that the Full-service Borough wants to guarantee provision of e-scooters, be that to support the use of e-scooters by particular groups for inclusivity reasons or to support trips for specific purposes (e.g. outside a rail station to support a shift from short car trips).
