Price Comparison Sample Clauses
A Price Comparison clause establishes a mechanism for comparing the prices offered under a contract to those available in the broader market or to other customers. Typically, this clause requires the seller to ensure that the buyer receives pricing that is as favorable as that offered to other comparable customers, or to adjust prices if lower rates are found elsewhere. Its core function is to protect the buyer from paying more than necessary and to ensure competitive pricing throughout the contract term.
Price Comparison. If the API provided to Partner is API “Type 1” or API “Type 2”, Partner may offer price comparison with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇’s prior consent. If Partner offers price comparison, it will ensure that Travel Experience rates are compared fairly and with equal favour, in terms of ranking, to all other ranked properties and presented with equal prominence accordingly. Partner will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all rates within the ranking are accurate and not misleading and comply with relevant Applicable Laws.
Price Comparison. Publishers who operate price comparison or product portals undertake always to integrate the latest product lists. The URLs must not be changed in this process. Linking of products is to take place exclusively on the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Partner Programme websites.
Price Comparison. 4.8.1 In the event that the Affiliate offers Price Comparison on a relevant Affiliate Website(s) as set out in the Affiliate Partner Registration Form, the Affiliate shall for that relevant Affiliate Website(s) solely be granted access to the rate(s) and availability data of relevant Hotels as made available on the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ Website (collectively, the "Rates and Availability Data") pursuant to a direct connection to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ web-servers (i.e. via a XML connection). The Rates and Availability Data will be made available in accordance with such further terms and conditions as made available by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.
4.8.2 The Rates and Availability Data does not include and the Affiliate shall not be entitled to use, copy, refer to or include on its websites where the Price Comparison is available, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ Data and Content from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ Website or web servers or a third party (website) with whom ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ has a contractual relationship to provide the Content.
4.8.3 In the event that the Affiliate offers Price Comparison, the Affiliate shall ensure that the room rates made available by all ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ Competitors (including all Accommodation providers or booking or reservation center, intermediate or agent (collectively the "Third Party Providers")) on the Affiliate Website are accurate, correct and not misleading or deceiving compared to the actual rate(s) as made available on the website(s) of the Third Party Providers.
Price Comparison. Please note that our Fixed Price may be lower than the Local Utility’s weighted average price of Standard Offer Service electricity as of the date of this offer. However, while we offer a Fixed Price, the Local Utility’s price of Standard Offer Service electricity likely will change from time to time and therefore NAP cannot guarantee savings over the Local Utility’s rates during the Fixed Price Period or any other time during the term of this Agreement unless you are signed up on a Guaranteed Savings Plan.

4.8.2 The Rates and Availability Data does not include and the Affiliate shall not be entitled to use, copy, refer to or include on its websites where the Price Comparison is available, the Agoda Data and Content from Agoda Website or web servers or a third party (website) with whom Agoda has a contractual relationship to provide the Content.
4.8.3 In the event that the Affiliate offers Price Comparison, the Affiliate shall ensure that the room rates made available by all Agoda Competitors (including all Accommodation providers or booking or reservation center, intermediate or agent (collectively the "Third Party Providers")) on the Affiliate Website are accurate, correct and not misleading or deceiving compared to the actual rate(s) as made available on the website(s) of the Third Party Providers.
4.8.4 Agoda shall be treated at least as favorable on the Price Comparison website of the Affiliate (in respect of ranking, display and conversion opportunities) as the best converting (x) Agoda Competitors, (y) Hotels or (z) any booking or reservation center, agent or intermediate of or managed, owned or controlled by a Agoda Competitor or Hotels, available on the Price Comparison website of the Affiliate.
Price Comparison. Because the Utility's tariff rates and other factors relevant to the Utility's current price to compare likely will change from time to time, Constellation Energy cannot guarantee savings over the Utility's rates for the entire term of this Contract or any renewals and any savings are limited to a comparison against the Utility's price to compare applicable at the time you enter into this Contract.
Price Comparison. The Rate per kilowatt hour may not always represent savings over the EDC’s price to compare. The EDC’s standard offer rates will change from time to time and therefore Powervine cannot guarantee savings compared to the EDC's standard offer rates during the term of this Agreement or any renewals. If savings were promised to you, such savings were calculated against the EDC’s standard offer Residential Service rate or the General Service rate as of the date of the offer. You acknowledge that we have disclosed to you the basis of this comparison prior to entering into this Contract and that any savings we show are not guaranteed for the entire term of this Agreement, or for any renewals. Billing: For your convenience, you will continue to receive one bill from your EDC including Powervine’s charges for Generation, and Generation Related Services for the electricity consumed during the billing cycle. Electricity consumption will continue to be measured or estimated by your EDC. You hereby agree to pay your bill on time in accordance with your EDC’s billing and payment terms. For billing questions, call Powervine toll free at ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, or Customer’s EDC. Should the Utility cease providing consolidated billing for your account and/or commence billing us for any charges relating to you, we will bill you and you will pay us for all such charges. You will be billed additional charges, including taxes and charges to distribute the electricity to your home, from the Utility consistent with its filed tariffs. You are responsible for paying any new or increased taxes, fees or other charges imposed on us or you in connection with our supply of electricity to you during the Term of this Agreement. Powervine reserves the right to change billing methods. If we change our methods, we will send you advance written notice either in our bills or in separate mailing before the effective date of any such change.
Price Comparison. Clients are advised that the prices displayed on the Company's platform may differ from those quoted by exchanges, other brokers, or market participants. These variations may arise from differences in liquidity, execution models, spreads, or mark-ups applied by the Company. Any comparison of the Company’s prices with those from other sources should not be regarded as directly equivalent or comparable. The Company’s pricing is specific to its execution framework, and clients should understand that attempting to match or compare these prices with those from other brokers, exchanges, or data providers may not accurately reflect the market or execution dynamics applicable to the Company. The Company disclaims any responsibility for discrepancies between its prices and those from external sources, and clients are encouraged to base their trading decisions on the Company’s pricing and execution policies as outlined in this Policy.
Price Comparison. Because the EDC’s default service rate generally change from time to time, Frontier cannot guarantee savings over EDC’s default service rate during the Term or any renewals of this Agreement .

4.7.3 In the event that the Affiliate offers Price Comparison, the Affiliate shall ensure that the room rates made available by all Homey Competitors (including all Accommodation providers or booking or reservation center, intermediate or agent (collectively the "Third Party Providers")) on the Affiliate Website are accurate, correct and not misleading or deceiving compared to the actual rate(s) as made available on the website(s) of the Third Party Providers.
4.7.4 Homey shall be treated at least as favorable on the Price Comparison website of the Affiliate (in respect of ranking, display and conversion opportunities) as the best converting (x) Homey Competitors, (y) Hotels or (z) any booking or reservation center, agent or intermediate of or managed, owned or controlled by a Homey Competitor or Hotels, available on the Price Comparison website of the Affiliate.
