Price Comparison. If the API provided to Partner is API “Type 1” or API “Type 2”, Partner may offer price comparison with Xxxxxxx.xxx’s prior consent. If Partner offers price comparison, it will ensure that Travel Experience rates are compared fairly and with equal favour, in terms of ranking, to all other ranked properties and presented with equal prominence accordingly. Partner will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all rates within the ranking are accurate and not misleading and comply with relevant Applicable Laws.
Price Comparison. 4.8.1 In the event that the Affiliate offers Price Comparison on a relevant Affiliate Website(s) as set out in the Affiliate Partner Registration Form, the Affiliate shall for that relevant Affiliate Website(s) solely be granted access to the rate(s) and availability data of relevant Hotels as made available on the Agoda Website (collectively, the "Rates and Availability Data") pursuant to a direct connection to the Agoda web-servers (i.e. via a XML connection). The Rates and Availability Data will be made available in accordance with such further terms and conditions as made available by Agoda.
Price Comparison. Publishers who operate price comparison or product portals undertake always to integrate the latest product lists. The URLs must not be changed in this process. Linking of products is to take place exclusively on the Xxxxx Xxxx Partner Programme websites.

Because the Utility's tariff rates and other factors relevant to the Utility's current price to compare likely will change from time to time, Constellation Energy cannot guarantee savings over the Utility's rates for the entire term of this Contract or any renewals and any savings are limited to a comparison against the Utility's price to compare applicable at the time you enter into this Contract.

However, while we offer a Fixed Price, the Local Utility’s price of Standard Offer Service electricity likely will change from time to time and therefore NAP cannot guarantee savings over the Local Utility’s rates during the Fixed Price Period or any other time during the term of this Agreement unless you are signed up on a Guaranteed Savings Plan.

(a) In the event that the AGENT offers price comparison on a relevant AGENT Website(s), the AGENT shall solely be granted access to the rate(s) and availability data of relevant Accommodations (collectively, the "Rates and Availability Data") via a direct connection to the SafeTravelPass web-servers (i.e. via a XML). The Rates and Availability Data will be made available in accordance with the terms and conditions of the API Guidelines, which will be mutually concluded between the parties if the Rates and Availability Data will be made available. The API Guidelines shall form an integral part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement. No SafeTravelPass Material is to be used, copied or referred to.
Price Comparison. CMS grants the Card Sponsor a waiver of the requirement to display its negotiated prices on a price comparison web site as stated in 42 CFR§§403.806(c)(5) and 403.806(i)(4)(v). Please remember: as stated in Section 2.10, Item 4 of the Solicitation for Medicare Managed Care Organizations, Medicare managed care contractors are required to submit pricing data, like all other drug card sponsors, for CMS’ use in monitoring the drug card program.
