Preventative. Maintenance Visits are provided in order to inspect, clean, calibrate, and update the Product, and are not intended to be a repair visit.

Orthodontia lifetime maximum is $1,000 per person. Employees shall pay 10% of the total cost for medical and dental insurance coverage. Employees will also have the option of dropping medical insurance coverage and receiving two months of company contributions towards the premium, rounded to the nearest $10. If an employee dies, medical and dental insurance coverage will be continued for the employee's spouse and dependent children for up to six months under the terms of the Medical and Dental Insurance Extension Policy HR 1.26, effective June 1, 2000.

Preventative. Contractor will: Provide Monthly, Quarterly or Annual preventative maintenance, systematic inspection, detection, correction and prevention of incipient failures, including tests, measurements, adjustments, lubrication and labor to replace parts of the equipment including overall inspection of each workstation; ensure hard drives are in working order, verify memory usage and storage capacity. Provide schedule for preventative maintenance to County for review and approval. Maintain the PARCS Equipment at a minimum according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
