Prevailing Law. This contract shall be construed in accordance with and is subject to the laws and rules of the State of Illinois.
Prevailing Law. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed so as to require the commission of any act contrary to law and wherever there is any conflict between any provision of this Agreement and any present or future statute, law, ordinance or regulation, the latter shall prevail, but in such event the provision of this Agreement affected shall be curtailed and limited only to the extent necessary to bring it within legal requirements.

No statement or document may create obligations not included in the Agreement, if they are not the subject of an addendum signed by the Parties, even if communicated previously or subsequently to the signing of the Agreement.

Every aspect and provision of this Agreement shall be construed in such a manner that shall render this an effective and valid legal instrument under current applicable law. Should any part of this Agreement be deemed ineffective or unenforceable under applicable, only that specific provision shall be invalid and unenforceable, without affecting or invalidating any of the remaining provisions contained within this Letter of Agreement.
