Preserve Goodwill. The Vendor shall use its best efforts to preserve intact the Vendor's business and the Purchased Assets and to carry on the Vendor's business as currently conducted, and to promote and preserve for the Purchaser the goodwill of suppliers, customers and others having business relations with the Vendor.

The Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve intact the Purchased Business and Purchased Assets and to carry on the Purchased Business as currently conducted, and the Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to promote and preserve for the Purchaser the goodwill of suppliers, customers, Subscribers and others having business relations with the Seller;

Licensees shall ensure that all representations of the MDS Marks shall be used in a manner so as to ensure the preservation and enhancement of the goodwill attaching to the MDS Marks. Licensees shall not advertise, exploit, promote, market or otherwise operate the Diagnostics Business using the MDS Marks in any manner which will or is reasonably likely to adversely affect the reputation of Licensor or the validity or distinctiveness of the MDS Marks.
Preserve Goodwill. 117 shall preserve intact the Assets and Business and promote and preserve the goodwill of others having business relations with it.
