Evidence of Multidisciplinary Approach: Because much of the background work relevant to this proposal is published or in press, and because of space limitations, we have limited the review of our already-published data. This is a collaborative study between the Wxxxxxxx laboratory at CSU, which is performing all of the synthetic work on the new PKCδ inhibitors and Pxxx. Xxxxxxx X. Faller’s laboratory at Boston University Medical Center, that is performing all of the biochemical, cellular, pre-clinical animal studies and clinical studies.
Preliminary Studies. A process for the selection of sub-basins and tanks shall be followed to ensure the maximization of the returns on water infrastructure investments. The methodology shall follow three steps: i) an assessment of the water availability in the sub-catchments/tanks; ii) an analysis to see if the available water quantity is sufficient to meet the existing demands for water from different sectors, and (iii) detailed hydrological and water allocation modelling of the sub-basins selected.

The analysis of the sequencing data has been complex, due to the large amount of data and the number of potential variants identified. The difficult nature of analysis is increased by the fact that there is no consensus on what types of results should be reported back to participants.
