  • ASSIGNMENT, DELEGATION AND SUBCONTRACTING Seller shall not assign any of its rights or interest in this contract or subcontract all or substantially all of its performance of this contract without Buyer's prior written consent. Seller shall not delegate any of its duties or obligations under this contract. Seller may assign its right to monies due or to become due.
