Preferred Access Provider Sample Clauses

The Preferred Access Provider clause designates a specific service provider as the primary or exclusive source for certain goods or services under the agreement. In practice, this means the client is required to use the named provider for relevant needs, unless specific exceptions apply, such as unavailability or failure to meet agreed standards. This clause ensures a consistent relationship with the chosen provider, streamlining procurement and potentially securing better terms, while also reducing the risk of disputes over sourcing.
