POWER SURGE PROTECTION. This Agreement provides power surge protection from the product date of purchase of the Covered Product in the absence of insurance coverage. If the Covered Product is damaged as a result of a power surge, We will replace the Covered Product in accordance with the terms herein. You may be required to submit proof of claim denial from Your insurer, if applicable.
POWER SURGE PROTECTION. This Agreement provides power surge protection for electrically powered furniture (i.e. massage chairs and sofas) from the product date of purchase in the absence of insurance coverage. If the Covered Product is damaged as a result of a power surge, We will service the Covered Product in accordance with the terms herein. You may be required to provide proof of claim denial, if other insurance coverage is applicable.
POWER SURGE PROTECTION. The Agreement covers parts and labor costs resulting from a mechanical or electrical failure of the Covered Product caused by a power surge, but the Agreement does not cover power surges caused by direct strikes of lightning.
POWER SURGE PROTECTION. This Service Agreement also covers the Failure of Your Product caused by a power surge while Your Product is properly connected to a surge protector approved by the Underwriter’s Laboratory Inc. (UL) (not required for Major Appliances). POWER SURGE DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES CAUSED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR CONNECTION TO AN INCORRECT POWER SOURCE.

POWER SURGE PROTECTION. Damage or defects to the Covered Equipment caused by a power surge will be covered up to a total of $1,000.00, or the purchase price of the Covered Equipment, whichever is less, during the term of this Contract.

This Service Agreement also covers the Failure of Your Product resulting from a power surge caused by power outage while Your Product is properly connected to a surge protector approved by the Underwriter’s Laboratory Inc. (UL) (not required for Major Appliances). POWER SURGE DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES CAUSED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR CONNECTION TO AN INCORRECT POWER SOURCE. • FOOD LOSS PROTECTION FOR REFRIGERATORS OR FREEZERS ONLY: We will reimburse You up to the limit of five dollars ($5.00) per cubic foot of storage space and a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per calendar year for any food spoilage resulting from a covered Failure to Your Product. Request for service should be initiated within 24 hours from discovery of refrigeration Failure. We reserve the right to request purchase receipts and/or a list of spoiled contents for food spoilage Claims reported to Us.
POWER SURGE PROTECTION. This Protection Agreement provides power surge protection from the product date of purchase. If the Covered Product is damaged because of a power surge, we will service or replace the Covered Product in accordance with the terms herein (limited to damage sustained to the Covered Product only). • NO LEMON GUARANTEE For all Covered Products, after three (3) repairs for covered Failures after the expiration of the Manufacturer’s Warranty on the same problem have been completed, if the Product requires a fourth (4th) repair to that same component due to a covered Failure, the Product will either be replaced with a product of like kind and quality (but not necessarily same brand or color), or - at Our sole discretion - We will provide You with reimbursement for a replacement. If You receive a replacement under this NO LEMON GUARANTEE, Our obligations under this Protection Agreement shall be considered fulfilled in their entirety and Your coverage will end. Any repair services performed while Your Product is under the manufacturer’s warranty period are NOT considered “Qualifying Service Repairs” Under this NO LEMON GURANTEE.
