POWER SURGE PROTECTION. This Agreement provides power surge protection from the product date of purchase of the Covered Product in the absence of insurance coverage. If the Covered Product is damaged as a result of a power surge, We will replace the Covered Product in accordance with the terms herein. You may be required to submit proof of claim denial from Your insurer, if applicable.
POWER SURGE PROTECTION. This Agreement provides power surge protection from the date of purchase in the absence of any other insurance coverage. If Your product is damaged as a result of a power surge, We will service Your product in accordance with the terms herein.
POWER SURGE PROTECTION. This Agreement provides power surge protection for electrically powered furniture (i.e. massage chairs and sofas) from the product date of purchase in the absence of insurance coverage. If the Covered Product is damaged as a result of a power surge, We will service the Covered Product in accordance with the terms herein. You may be required to provide proof of claim denial, if other insurance coverage is applicable.
POWER SURGE PROTECTION. This Service Agreement protects against the operational failure of a covered Product resulting from a power surge while properly connected to an Underwriter Laboratories-approved surge protector. You may be asked to provide Your surge protector for examination.
POWER SURGE PROTECTION. This Service Agreement also covers the Failure of Your Product resulting from a power surge caused by power outage while Your Product is properly connected to a surge protector approved by the Underwriter’s Laboratory (not required for Major Appliances). POWER SURGE DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES CAUSED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR CONNECTION TO AN INCORRECT POWER SOURCE.
POWER SURGE PROTECTION. Damage or defects to the Covered Equipment caused by a power surge will be covered up to a total of $1,000.00, or the purchase price of the Covered Equipment, whichever is less, during the term of this Contract.
POWER SURGE PROTECTION. This Service Agreement also covers the Failure of Your Product resulting from a power surge caused by power outage while Your Product is properly connected to a surge protector approved by the Underwriter’s Laboratory Inc. (UL). POWER SURGE DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES CAUSED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR CONNECTION TO AN INCORRECT POWER SOURCE. NO LEMON GUARANTEE: If We have completed three service repairs for the same problem on an individual component of Your Product, which first began after the manufacturer’s warranty period had expired (“Qualifying Service Repairs”), and if that Product component requires a fourth repair for the identical problem as determined by Us, We reserve the right to replace Your Product with one of equal or similar features and functionality, not necessarily same brand, not to exceed the original purchase price of Your Product (including taxes); excluding shipping and handling. Once a Product is replaced, then this Service Agreement is considered fulfilled and We shall have no further obligation to provide service under this Service Agreement. Preventative maintenance checks, cleaning, product diagnosis, customer education, accessory repairs/replacements, computer software related problems, and any unauthorized repairs done outside of the USA are not considered repairs for the purposes of this NO LEMON GUARANTEE. Repair services performed while Your Product is under the manufacturer’s warranty period are not considered Qualifying Service Repairs. DEDUCTIBLE: There is no Deductible required to obtain service on Your Product.
POWER SURGE PROTECTION. This Plan provides power surge protection in excess of any other insurance coverage, from the date of purchase of this Plan.
POWER SURGE PROTECTION. The Agreement covers parts and labor costs resulting from a mechanical or electrical failure of the Covered Product caused by a power surge, but the Agreement does not cover power surges caused by lightning.
POWER SURGE PROTECTION. This feature protects your covered product against damage or defects caused by a power surge up to a maximum of the replacement cost of the product over the life of the contract while your covered product is properly connected to a surge protector approved by the Underwriter’s Laboratory for the appropriate capacity of the covered product. A UL-approved surge protector is not required for Major Appliances.
