POLYGRAPH TEST. No employee or applicant for employment covered by this Agreement shall be requested or required by any representative of the Employer to be the subject of a Polygraph (lie detector) test for any reason whatsoever. The Employer agrees to refrain from any direct or indirect action that violates this understanding.
POLYGRAPH TEST. No employee covered by this Agreement can be subjected to a polygraph test administered by the Employer or conducted on the Employer’s behalf.
POLYGRAPH TEST. No employee will be required to take a poly graph test.
POLYGRAPH TEST. The Employer agrees that polygraph or similar lie detector tests will not be used.
POLYGRAPH TEST. No employee will be required to take a polygraph test and such refusal will not be used against him.
POLYGRAPH TEST. No employee after thirty (30) days of employment shall be required to submit to polygraph test.
POLYGRAPH TEST. Employees are not required to take a polygraph test as a condition of continued employment.
POLYGRAPH TEST. No employee shall be required to submit to a polygraph test. -
POLYGRAPH TEST. The BOARD shall not require, request or suggest that an employee or applicant for employment take a polygraph or any other form of lie detector test.
