Playing Rules. If during the term of this Agreement any playing rule in the C.F.L. is proposed to be changed, the Commissioner shall refer the proposed playing rule change to this committee for consideration and a recommendation. After deliberation, this committee may make any recommendation it deems appropriate to the C.F.L. No playing rule shall be changed until it has been referred to this joint committee for consideration and recommendation and the C.F.L. will consider any such recommendation made to it by the joint committee prior to any change being made to the rules provided the recommendation is received by the C.F.L. in advance of the annual meeting of the C.F.L. Rules Committee.

Team Composition: A team shall consist of no more than seven bowlers (five bowlers and two substitute bowlers). A team may have an unlimited number of bowlers within their high school program. Teams will normally compete in playing strength of five bowlers. If a school is unable to field a complete team (five bowlers) individual bowlers for that school may compete if the school has at least three individual bowlers. An absentee score of zero will be placed for missing roster members. Roster/Lineup: A written team roster consisting of no more than seven players will be exchanged between both head coaches before each game (Traditional). Changes (additions or removals) to the team roster are not allowed once the first ball of the game has been thrown. The written roster must include the player lineup order (and substitutes) for that specific game (Traditional). Once a tournament begins a team roster cannot be changed (no additions or removals from the roster). Changes to a team’s lineup order can only be made at the start of each game (Traditional). After a lineup has been submitted to the opposing coach, no changes to the lineup order can occur.

Playing Rules. All League competition, including playoffs, shall be governed and controlled by the Rules and Regulations adopted by the Board of Governors of the Corporation prior to the commencement of a playing season, or as such rules may be amended, modified or annulled by the Board of Governors during a playing season.

Event Operations Control of the Event The Host Nation appointed Event Manager in conjunction with the FIT Event Director (or delegate) and the FIT Board will be in charge of all matters relating to the Event. The competition ladder will be sorted with the following precedence: ● Competition points ● Differences (touchdowns scored ­ touchdowns conceded) ● Percentages (touchdowns scored ÷ touchdowns conceded) In the event that two teams are equal in these three aspects and a clear choice is required for progression the results of matches between the two teams will be isolated and sorted as above. If still equal a Drop Off will be used to determine which team will progress. In the event that two teams are equal in these three aspects and both will progress but there is an advantage to be had by placing higher the results of matches between the two teams will be isolated and sorted as above. If still equal a coin toss will be used to determine which team will place higher.
