The Plan Adoption clause formally establishes the adoption of a specific plan, such as an employee benefit or retirement plan, by an organization. It typically outlines the effective date of the plan, identifies the adopting entity, and may specify any elections or modifications made to the standard plan provisions. This clause ensures that there is a clear and official record of the organization's commitment to the plan, providing legal certainty and a reference point for both the organization and plan participants.
Plan Adoption. The Board shall review and take action regarding the Draft Plan as follows:
Plan Adoption. The Phoenixville Regional Comprehensive Plan may be adopted as the sole comprehensive plan for the participating municipalities; however, any municipality may retain, or subsequently adopt, an individual municipal comprehensive plan provided said plan is generally consistent with the adopted Regional Comprehensive Plan. Any municipality that retains or develops its own municipal comprehensive plan shall be responsible to maintain the general consistency of the municipal plan with the Regional Comprehensive Plan. In the event that there is general inconsistency between an individual municipality’s comprehensive plan and the Regional Comprehensive Plan, following the two-year period provided for modifications under section 1104 of the MPC, the Regional Comprehensive Plan shall be the controlling document.

Plan Adoption. With respect to any Order 1000 Proposed Project(s), Order 1000 Eligible Project(s), Order 1000 Project(s), and ITP(s), the Board shall review and take action regarding the Draft Plan as follows: The Board shall review and may approve the following with respect to each Order 1000 Project: the Staff determination that it meets its underlying Order 1000 Need(s) and is consistent with the applicable solution evaluation factors, the Staff determination that it should be selected as an Order 1000 Project, and a Preliminary Cost Allocation Report. The Board shall review the documentation relating to any other alternative that was considered by the Study Team and the reason why the Staff did not select any such alternative. Those elements that are not approved by the Board shall be remanded to the Staff which may, in cooperation with the Study Team, revise the Staff determination and resubmit it to the Board; provided that the Board may modify any Staff determination to the extent such modification is supported by the record.
Plan Adoption. Each jurisdiction will formally adopt their plan and submit the adoption letter and final plan to Vermont Emergency Management for formal approval.

Roles and Responsibilities: • H-GAC will be responsible for submitting the Plan for FEMA approval. H-GAC will responsible and revise Plan accordingly. • City of Angleton and participating jurisdictions will be responsible for adopting the Plan.
Plan Adoption. With this MOU, the approved plan is adopted effective January 1, 2008 and all employees leaving the bargaining unit that date or thereafter are subject to the terms of the plan except as specified above.
