Personal Assistant. During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall provide the Executive with a personal assistant who shall work exclusively for the Executive.

Personal Assistant. During the Term of Employment, the Company shall make available to the Executive the services of a full-time personal assistant. The Executive acknowledges that the Company will impute income to the Executive based on the portion of the cost of the personal assistant’s services that does not constitute an ordinary and necessary business expense of the Company.
Personal Assistant. The Company shall provide you with a personal assistant who shall work exclusively for you. The Company shall also provide office space for a second personal assistant for whom you shall bear full responsibility for all compensation expenses.
Personal Assistant. An individual who provides Personal Care to a Participant when it has been determined by the care manager that the Participant has the ability to supervise the Personal Assistant.
Personal Assistant. The Company shall reimburse the Chairman for the salary of an individual employed by the Chairman as a personal assistant for the Chairman for the Term; provided that such individual’s annualized salary shall not exceed eighty thousand dollars ($80,000). The Company shall not be responsible for the payment of any bonus, benefits or other compensation or payments. The Company shall reimburse the Chairman for the salary payments set forth in this Section 5 within five (5) business days of the Company’s receipt of an invoice for the same.
Personal Assistant. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive will be provided with a personal assistant, provided that, the total annual compensation package for such personal assistant shall not exceed $20,000. The Executive will reimburse the Company for any amounts paid in excess of that.
Personal Assistant. The Company shall provide (in addition to a Company provided personal assistant) the Executive’s personal assistant or accountant with office space at the Company’s main offices, and shall provide such individual with the same salary and benefits as are provided to similarly qualified employees of the Company; provided that, the Executive shall reimburse the Company (i) at the applicable market rental rate for use of any such office space and (ii) for the full cost of providing such salary and other benefits.
Personal Assistant. A person who you employ to provide your support. Personal Budget - Is the sum of money, which a customer is assessed as being entitled to receive to help them be independent, safe and well. Personal budgets can be used to pay for any type of service, (not just a social care service) that would help add value to their life as long as it is legal. For example, a person may choose to use some of their money to join a gym or a craft club to help keep them active and give them the opportunity to socialise. The money must be used to achieve agreed outcomes. A person can choose to receive their Personal Budget as a Direct Payment, Mixed Budget or Personal Managed Budget. These services are chargeable.
Personal Assistant. As the Personal Assistant helping you in the toilet you can expect me to do the following: When I am the identified person I will stop what I am doing to help you in the toilet, as soon as you ask me. I will avoid all unnecessary delays. When you use our agreed emergency signal, I will stop what I am doing and come and help. I will treat you with respect and ensure privacy and dignity at all times. I will ask permission before touching you or your clothing I will check that you are as comfortable as possible, both physically and emotionally If I am working with a colleague to help you, I will ensure that we talk in a way that does not embarrass you. I will look and listen carefully if there is something you would like to change about your Toilet Management Plan.
