Personal Assistant Sample Clauses

Personal Assistant. The Company shall, at its sole cost, provide the Executive with a personal assistant who shall work exclusively for the Executive.

Personal Assistant. Executive shall be entitled to the use of a personal assistant on a half-time basis during the term of this Agreement.

Personal Assistant. During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall provide the Executive with a personal assistant who shall work exclusively for the Executive.

Personal Assistant. The Company shall reimburse the Chairman for the salary of an individual employed by the Chairman as a personal assistant for the Chairman for the Term; provided that such individual’s annualized salary shall not exceed eighty thousand dollars ($80,000). The Company shall not be responsible for the payment of any bonus, benefits or other compensation or payments. The Company shall reimburse the Chairman for the salary payments set forth in this Section 5 within five (5) business days of the Company’s receipt of an invoice for the same.

Personal Assistant. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive will be provided with a personal assistant, provided that, the total annual compensation package for such personal assistant shall not exceed $20,000. The Executive will reimburse the Company for any amounts paid in excess of that.

Personal Assistant. The Company shall employ a personal assistant selected by Employee and provided to assist Employee in the performance of the duties hereunder. The Company agrees to compensate such assistant in a manner reasonably comparable to other employees employed in the Company's industry who have similar skill and experience.

Personal Assistant. As the Personal Assistant helping you in the toilet you can expect me to do the following: When I am the identified person I will stop what I am doing to help you in the toilet, as soon as you ask me. I will avoid all unnecessary delays. When you use our agreed emergency signal, I will stop what I am doing and come and help. I will treat you with respect and ensure privacy and dignity at all times. I will ask permission before touching you or your clothing I will check that you are as comfortable as possible, both physically and emotionally If I am working with a colleague to help you, I will ensure that we talk in a way that does not embarrass you. I will look and listen carefully if there is something you would like to change about your Toilet Management Plan.

Personal Assistant. During the Term of Employment, the Company shall make available to the Executive the services of a full-time personal assistant. The Executive acknowledges that the Company will impute income to the Executive based on the portion of the cost of the personal assistant’s services that does not constitute an ordinary and necessary business expense of the Company.

Personal Assistant. The Company shall employ and make available to the Executive a personal assistant to assist the Executive with his personal affairs. The Executive's personal assistant shall receive an annual salary of no more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) plus employee benefits customary for such position.
