Perpetual Access. Upon termination of this Agreement, Wiley will provide the Customer with perpetual access to the electronic files of all content published in the journals that comprise the Database during the term of the subscription, where Wiley has the rights to deliver this. For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer will retain perpetual access rights to current electronic files and retrospective content, generally back to 1997, for any journals in which the Customer currently has such rights. Retrospective content for BJR and DMFR is provided back to 2009. No perpetual access rights are provided under this Appendix B for any material included in Backfiles for the same journals.

Perpetual Access. Licensor hereby grants a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to Licensee for Member Institutions of the Consortium and their Authorized Users to use the Licensed Materials that were accessible during the term of this Agreement. Such use shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, which provisions shall survive any termination of this Agreement. The means by which the Member Institutions shall have access to such Licensed Materials shall be in a manner and form substantially equivalent to the means by which access is provided under this Agreement.
Perpetual Access. Licensor agrees that Portico shall provide access to the Archival Versions to Licensor’s former purchasers and/or institutions that are otherwise entitled to perpetual access to the Archival Versions through such purchases or subscriptions. Qualified Institutions may submit perpetual access claims to Portico by certifying, either electronically or in writing, that they were a purchaser (or are otherwise entitled to perpetual access) with respect to the electronic version of the applicable volume of the applicable Publication(s) to which they are seeking access. Portico will promptly provide a copy of the certification to Licensor’s designated legal contact or subscription agent for verification by Licensor. If Licensor has not notified Portico that the claim cannot be verified (for example, because of Licensor’s inability to confirm the institution’s status as a purchaser or subscriber) in writing within thirty (30) days, Portico may Deliver the requested Archival Versions and Portico will consider the claim to be verified. By signing this Perpetual Access Rider, Licensor understands and agrees that Xxxxxxx will honor all verified claims for Perpetual Access made by Qualified Institutions pursuant to this Perpetual Access Rider and that, in the event of any conflict between the terms of this Perpetual Access Rider and the terms of any agreement between the Licensor and Qualified Institution regarding perpetual access to the Publication(s), the terms of this Perpetual Access Rider will prevail. Licensor will assist Licensee in creating such links effectively and will use the OpenURL standard for such links whenever feasible. INTERLIBRARY LOAN by paper or electronic means, a single copy of an individual document within the guidelines of traditional interlibrary loan practices and applicable copyright laws. SCHOLARLY SHARING. Member Institutions and Authorized Users may transmit to a third-party colleague in hard copy or electronically, reasonable amounts of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use but in no case for Commercial Use.

Perpetual Access. Provides ownership for the Account to the Title(s) purchased. Concurrent User Provisions Terms of sale for both Subscription and Perpetual Access licenses include a limit on concurrent use of Titles or Collections. These limits are stated on the invoice governing the sale of the Content. Grant of License Subject to the restrictions contained in Article 5 below, the Customer is hereby granted a non-exclusive license to use desLibris in ways that are consistent with Canadian copyright, U.S. Fair Use Provisions and international law. Perpetual Access. During the term, for Scientific American, as a single title product or as a component part of Scientific American Plus, Member(s) shall have access to the Content first published during the Term. After the Term, Member(s) shall have Perpetual Access to the Content first published during the Term, subject to all the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. For clarity, there shall be no Perpetual Access to Scientific American eBooks and Scientific American Subject Series.
Perpetual Access. At the end of the Access Period, Wiley will provide the Customer with perpetual access to the full text of the Online Book titles selected and licensed. Wiley, in its discretion, will either continue online access to the same material in the format originally published or provide an archival copy in the electronic medium selected by Wiley, at a cost-based fee agreed to by both parties, and subject to security requirements.
