Performance by Subsidiaries. Each Party agrees to cause its Subsidiaries to comply with any obligations hereunder relating to such Subsidiaries and to cause its Subsidiaries to take any other action which may be necessary or reasonably requested by the other party in order to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Performance by Subsidiaries. The Exchange Party may cause any one or more of its Subsidiaries to deliver Common Units or cash that the Exchange Party may be required to deliver hereunder.
