PERFORMANCE AND FLEXIBILITY a) All employees will work to the best of their ability and will perform such work as reasonably required by the Company within the bounds of the practical competence, training and safety of the employee.
b) The Company will require flexibility of employees with respect to work practices and work patterns including: • acquiring knowledge and skills to operate and maintain the plant, vehicles and equipment proficiently and safely; • undertaking work and duties as directed by the Company and consistent with the above; • working a reasonable amount of additional hours (beyond 38 hours or an average of 38 hours per week) as required; • working at any work site where the Company is contracted to undertake work; and • complying with any site specific policies or instructions that are provided by Clients or statutory authorities.
c) All employees shall comply with any Company policies or procedures which are established from time to time.

PERFORMANCE AND FLEXIBILITY.
a) All Employees will work to the best of their ability and will perform such work as reasonably required by the Company within the bounds of the practical competence, training, classification level of the Employee. All Employees will ensure they abide to all HSEQ Policies and Procedures.
PERFORMANCE AND FLEXIBILITY. 7.1 The planning, direction and control of the operations are the function of management, however Employees will have the opportunity to make contributions to decisions affecting themselves, their work and their working environment through the Communication Committee.
7.2 Operations and equipment levels shall be determined by the Company to meet demands and Employees shall operate all equipment for which they are licensed, as directed by the Company.
7.3 Employees are required to be available for and to carry out during the course of a shift, any function or mix of functions and operate any piece of equipment for which they are qualified in accordance with operational needs and the classification structure of this Collective Agreement. Employees are generally required to perform any task as reasonably directed by the Company
7.4 Employees will present themselves promptly without any delay at the shift start time and will promptly resume work at the conclusion of any tea or meal break. During a shift, Employees will attend without delay to any function for which they are qualified and licensed.

(v) working at any work Site where the Company undertakes work upon reasonable notice; and
(vi) complying with any Site specific policies, procedures, instructions or conditions that are provided by the Company’s Clients or statutory authorities.
(c) All Employees shall comply with any Site rules, regulations and Company policies or procedures which are established from time to time to ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective operations are achieved. This requirement includes observance of all Company and relevant Client policies and procedures. Notwithstanding this obligation, the Company’s policies and procedures do not form part of this Agreement, nor the terms and conditions of an Employee’s Contract of Employment, and are subject to review and/or amendment.
(d) Employees must diligently and faithfully perform all the duties and responsibilities of the Employee's employment and such other duties as may be reasonably required by the Employer from time to time, as are within the Employee's skill, competence and training.
(e) Employees must hold and retain permission to access the work Site and/or accommodation facilities. If permission to access worksites or use accommodation facilities is withdrawn for any reason, the contract of employment may be terminated.

The mutual benefits (such as economic progress in the industry and prosperous employment relations) available to the Parties, demand mutual confidence between the Parties. The Parties to this Agreement will continually monitor its development and will review its success or, otherwise on its expiration.
