PDL a. The initial PDL shall be provided within 30 Business Days of the NTP in an electronic editable file format.
PDL. PDL represents and warrants to ICOS the following:
PDL. If InterOil determines that the requirements for the issuance of a PDL covering a Field into which an Exploration Well was drilled have been met, InterOil will request the declaration of a location under the Oil and Gas Act, which will include Blocks or portions of Blocks sufficient, in InterOil's judgment, to cover fully the Field(s) to the extent that such Blocks are in the Licence Areas (a "PARTICIPATION AREA").
PDL. Upon request of the appointing authority, any employee who meets the legal eligibility requirements for PDL shall be entitled to up to four (4) months of PDL as provided in state law.

PDL. Consultant shall provide PDL monthly, in an electronic editable format.
PDL. Employees disabled due to pregnancy or pregnancy-related conditions shall be eligible for a maximum of four (4) months unpaid leave of absence, in addition to CFRA leave, in accordance with the provisions of California law.
PDL. Consultant shall provide PDL monthly, in an electronic editable Microsoft Excel format, with monthly progress reports.
