Payrolls Clause Samples
The Payrolls clause defines the obligations and procedures related to the payment of wages and salaries to employees. It typically outlines the frequency of payroll processing, the methods of payment, and the responsibilities of both the employer and employees in providing accurate payroll information. For example, it may specify that employees are paid biweekly via direct deposit and that any payroll discrepancies must be reported within a certain timeframe. Payrolls. Manager shall prepare or cause to be prepared all payrolls and maintain comprehensive payroll records.
Payrolls. The Contractor shall furnish the Engineer, each week, a certified payroll and statement of compliance with respect to the wages paid each of its employees, (including apprentices, trainees, watch persons and guards) and a certified payroll from each Subcontractor engaged on work during the preceding weekly payroll period.
Payrolls. Payrolls shall be on a biweekly basis and payday shall be the Friday following the end of each payroll period. (First workday prior to Friday, if Friday is a holiday.) Bargaining unit employees may participate in the City optional direct deposit payroll program.
Payrolls. 4.1 CONTRACTOR shall keep records showing:
4.1.1 The name, address and occupation of each worker employed by the CONTRACTOR or subcontractor(s) in the construction of the public work.
4.1.2 The actual per diem wages paid to each worker
Payrolls. (a) Contractor shall keep records showing:
(1) the name and occupation of each worker em- ployed by the contractor or subcontractor(s) in the con- struction of the public work; and
(2) the actual per diem wages paid to each work- er.
(b) The record shall be open at all reasonable hours to inspection by the officers and agents of the Authority as requested. Contractor will be responsible to provide copies of records as requested by the Authority within two (2) working days. Payrolls relating to this Work shall be main- tained during term of Contract and preserved for a period of three (3) years thereafter by Contractor for all laborers and mechanics working on the Work.
(c) Confirmed Disciplinary action taken by Contractor against employees who provide information during an in- terview or investigation, by the Authority, on wages re- ceived, will result in a six months revocation of their right to bid on other Authority projects.
Payrolls. Because the statement of work is required to be completed using ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ wages, certified payrolls are required WEEKLY for all subcontractors’ staff performing work, directly or indirectly, under the terms and conditions of this agreement. Invoices submitted by the Subcontractor without certified payrolls covering the invoiced performance period will be retained unprocessed until required payrolls are received.
Payrolls. If required of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Chimney by others, payrolls and affidavits covering all labor performed by Subcontractor will be submitted directly to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Chimney unless otherwise directed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Chimney. Weekly payrolls and affidavits of Subcontractor shall be submitted in the format required by the Contract Documents and shall be submitted to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Chimney within the time set forth in the Contract Documents.

Payrolls. If required of CTM by others, payrolls and affidavits covering all labor performed by Subcontractor will be submitted directly to CTM unless otherwise directed by CTM. Weekly payrolls and affidavits of Subcontractor shall be submitted in the format required by the Contract Documents, and shall be submitted to CTM within the time set forth in the Contract Documents.
Payrolls. Payrolls shall be computed on a weekly basis, and there shall be one (1) regular payday each week. Pay checks shall be distributed before the employee’s quitting time. When the regular payday falls on a holiday the day preceding such holiday shall be payday.
