Payments Due on Holidays. If the date for making any payment or the last day for performance of any act or the exercising of any right, as provided in this Lease, shall be a day other than a Business Day, such payment may be made or act performed or right exercised on the next succeeding Business Day, with the same force and effect as if done on the nominal date provided in this Lease.
Payments Due on Holidays. If any payment due on, or with respect to, any Note shall fall due on a day other than a Business Day, then such payment shall be made on the first Business Day following the day on which such payment shall have so fallen due; provided that if all or any portion of such payment shall consist of a payment of interest, for purposes of calculating such interest, such payment shall be deemed to have been originally due on such first following Business Day, such interest shall accrue and be payable to (but not including) the actual date of payment, and the amount of the next succeeding interest payment shall be adjusted accordingly.

Payments Due on Holidays. In any case where the date of maturity of interest on or principal of any Security or the date fixed for redemption of any Security shall not be a business day, then payment of interest or principal (and premium, if any) need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding business day with the same force and effect as if made on the date of maturity or the date fixed for redemption, and no interest shall accrue for the period after such date.

If the date for making any payment or the last day for performance of any act or the exercising of any right, as provided in this Lease, shall be a legal holiday or a day on which banking institutions in the Lessee in which the principal business office of the Lessor or the Lessee is located are authorized by law to remain closed, such payment may be made or act performed or right exercised on the next succeeding day that is not a legal holiday or a day on which such banking institutions are not authorized by law to remain closed with the same force and effect as if done on the date provided in this Lease.

Payments Due on Holidays. Whenever any amount payable hereunder shall be due on a day which is not a Business Day, the date for payment thereof shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day.
