Payment Processor. Suite is integrated with certain third-party payment processors (each a "Payment Processor") (e.g., Stripe) to accept payment by Customer. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to this Agreement. Suite is not responsible for error by the Payment Processor. By choosing to collect payments utilizing the Payment Processor, Customer agrees to pay to the Payment Processor all charges by the Payment Processor, in accordance with the applicable payment terms, either as a charge to Customer’s chosen payment method ("Payment Method") Such charges may include state and local sales tax, the amount of which varies. Customer agrees to make payment using that selected Payment Method. Customer agrees to verify any information requested by Suite for purposes of acknowledging or completing any payment for which Customer is responsible, and will immediately notify Customer of any change in Customer’s billing address or the credit card or other payment information used for payments hereunder.
Payment Processor. Accela will implement an interface redirect adapter between Accela Citizen Access (ACA) and CyberSource to accept payments, redirecting the user to the one‐time payment page of the CyberSource site and paying associated fees in Accela (once payment is complete). This interface will be developed against 1 (one), agreed upon version of CyberSource application. The parameters for the integration include: No partial payments Refunds handled manually No trust accounts Additional 5 fields of metadata from direct transaction/permit records sent to payment processor Single merchant account
Payment Processor. Payment and collection of Fees is enabled through and executed by a third party payment processors. Transaction fees associated with the individual payment and collection of Fees or amounts under this Agreement are as outlined in the pricing plan provided to Customer. Customer may be required to agree to terms and conditions as required by such third party payment processor from time to time. Prior to using the Services and any components thereof, Customer must have all applicable such third party payment processor’s terms and conditions in effect. By using the Services or any component thereof, Customer acknowledges it must be in full compliance with the terms and conditions of such third party payment processor and be in good standing with such third party payment processor

The Company is not responsible for any third-party fees charged by the Payment Processor, and it is your responsibility to make payment of any third party fees charged by the Payment Processor. Payment Processor. You agree, understand and acknowledge that Link may engage third party payment processors to facilitate processing of payments. Accordingly, you may be required to follow any terms and conditions of such third party payment processors, as communicated to you, from time to time.
