Payment Direction. The Issuer may by Issuer Order, direct a Note Paying Agent to pay to the Indenture Trustee money held in trust by the Note Paying Agent, which money will be held by the Indenture Trustee on the same terms as the Note Paying Agent. On a Note Paying Agent’s payment of money held in trust to the Indenture Trustee, the Note Paying Agent will be released from liability for such amounts.

Payment Direction. Seller shall have delivered to Buyer a direction to Marcus Terminals Inc., American Refining Group Inc., and to Union Gas Limited directing each of them to pay to Buyer Future Revenues effective from the Closing Date.

Payment Direction. So long as AXA SA is the Holder, AXA SA may, upon at least one (1) Business Day’s prior notice to the Administrative Issuer, direct that any payment required to be made by any Note Party to the Holder be instead made to AXA France Vie or AXA France IARD, for the account of AXA SA and which payment shall be deemed received by AXA SA for purposes of satisfying such payment requirement.
