Patriot Act Disclosures. The Administrative Agent and each Lender shall have received all Patriot Act disclosures requested by them prior to execution of this Agreement.
Patriot Act Disclosures. Prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent, the Arrangers and each Lender Party shall have received all documentation and other information that such Person shall have requested in order to comply with its respective obligations under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act, in each case to the extent such documentation and other information shall have been requested reasonably in advance of such date.
Patriot Act Disclosures. No later than five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent, on behalf of itself and the Lenders party hereto, shall have received all documentation and other information that the Administrative Agent or any such Lender shall have requested in order to comply with its obligations under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act, in each case to the extent such documentation and other information shall have been requested ten (10) Business Days in advance of such date.
Patriot Act Disclosures. Within five Business Days’ prior to the Restatement Effective Date, the Lenders or the Agents shall have received copies of all PATRIOT Act Disclosures as reasonably requested by the Lenders or the Lead Arrangers.
Patriot Act Disclosures. Within five Business Days’ prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received copies of all Patriot Act Disclosures as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent.
Patriot Act Disclosures. The Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Securities Intermediary and each Lender shall have received all PATRIOT Act Disclosures reasonably requested by them prior to execution of this Agreement.
Patriot Act Disclosures. The Lenders shall have received all Patriot Act Disclosures reasonably requested by them prior to execution of this Credit Agreement.
Patriot Act Disclosures. The Administrative Agent and each Lender shall have received all PATRIOT Act disclosures requested by them prior to the Eighth Amendment Effective Date.
Patriot Act Disclosures. The Agent and each Lender shall have received all Patriot Act Disclosures (or any similar disclosures required by any comparable law applicable to any Lender) requested by them prior to the applicable Transfer Date.
Patriot Act Disclosures. Within five Business Days’ prior to the Closing Date, the Lenders or the Lead Arrangers shall have received copies of all Patriot Act Disclosures as reasonably requested by the Lenders or the Lead Arrangers.
