Parental Control. Parental control features are available for use with the Video Service to block certain video programming channels and/or filter certain Internet content. You will find information in your subscriber guide on how to enable these features.

Parental Control. Grantee shall ensure that means are available to enable Subscribers to completely block out audio and video on any undesired Channels on the Cable System.
Parental Control. A Parental Control feature is available on the digital cable box for Video Services, if Customer wants to keep his or her children from watching certain programming. Please note that in the event Customer deactivates the Parental Control feature for even one channel or event, this will deactivate the Parental Control feature and unlock all previously locked channels. Therefore, TVC recommends periodic verification that the Parental Control feature is activated and operational. TVC is not responsible for Customer's failure to either properly activate, or maintain activation of, the Parental Control feature. For Internet Service, if a Customer wish to use Parental Controls, the Customer may use his or her own Parental Control software or features and TVC does not offer such an option directly to the Customer.
Parental Control. The Franchisee shall comply with all applicable requirements of federal law(s) governing Subscribers’ capability to control the reception of any channels being received on their television sets.

Parental Control. CBVNOL understands that there may be certain television programs available that some customers find unsuitable for members of their household, such as channels containing sexually oriented programming. A parental control option is available to all CBVNOL customers who have a CBVNOL set-top box connected to their TV. You may follow the on-screen instructions to block viewing on the television connected to that set-top box by specific channel, show rating, or shows during specific times of day. Parental Control. Franchisee shall make available to any Subscriber, if not already incorporated in standard equipment that is offered to all Subscribers, a device that offers as an option the ability to limit access to programming to Persons who provide a personal identification number or other means provided by the Franchisee only to a Subscriber, or other similar means of allowing parents to control children’s access to programming in the Subscriber household. Provided, however, that it is not the intention of the parties that this Agreement be construed as placing any responsibility or liability on the Franchisee for the exercise of or failure to exercise such parental controls as are offered and Franchisee shall incur no liability for any Subscriber’s or viewer’s exercise or failure to exercise such controls as are offered.
Parental Control. Upon request, the Franchisee shall provide subscribers with parental control capability to block the reception of individual channels on the Cable System, with charge for same in accordance with FCC equipment rate rules. The Franchising Authority acknowledges that the parental control capability may be part of a converter box and the Franchisee may charge subscriber for use of said box.
