Paragraph 10B Clause Samples
Paragraph 10B. Paragraph 10B of the Existing Note Agreement is hereby amended to modify in their entirety or add, each in their proper alphabetical order, the following defined terms:
Paragraph 10B. (a) The definition of General Partner set forth in paragraph 10B of the Note Agreement is amended in its entirety to read as follows:

Paragraph 10B. (i) Paragraph 10B of the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the definitions of “EBIT”, “EBITDAR”, “Indebtedness”, “Interest Expense”, “Net Income” and “Total Indebtedness” therein and replacing such definitions with the following revised definitions:
