Paintwork Clause Samples
The Paintwork clause defines the standards and responsibilities related to the painting and finishing of surfaces within a project or property. It typically outlines the required quality, type of paint, number of coats, and any specific preparation or protection measures that must be followed during the painting process. For example, it may specify that all surfaces must be properly cleaned and primed before painting, and that only approved paint brands are to be used.
