Own Use. Dialysis Center hereby certifies that EPOGEN(R)purchased hereunder shall be for Dialysis Center's "own use", for the exclusive treatment of dialysis patients.
Own Use. NMC hereby certifies that Products purchased hereunder will be for the "own use" by NMC and the Affiliates of NMC. NMC hereby further certifies that all of the Products purchased hereunder shall be for the exclusive use of treating dialysis patients.
Own Use. Dialysis Center hereby certifies that Products purchased hereunder shall be for Dialysis Center’s “own use” for the exclusive treatment of dialysis patients.
Own Use. RCG hereby certifies that EPOGEN(R)purchased hereunder shall be for RCG's "own use", for the exclusive treatment of dialysis patients.
Own Use. Retailer represents and warrants that all purchases of pharmaceuticals by Retailer under this Agreement will be for Retailer’s “own use” (as that term is defined in judicial or legislative interpretation) within licensed pharmacies owned by Retailer and not for resale to anyone other than the final consumer in the form of completed prescriptions, except for de minimis sales to other providers that directly sell the products to consumers as permitted by applicable state or federal law. In no event, however, shall Retailer sell any products purchased under this Agreement to any entity that resells such products to a non-consumer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, this Agreement may be immediately terminated by Company in the event that the Company reasonably determines that Retailer is in breach of this section. Should Retailer in anyway dispense, provide, transfer or sell any pharmaceuticals purchased by Retailer under this Agreement in contravention of this Section, Retailer agrees that it shall be liable for (and shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from) any and all damages and penalties incurred by Company.
Own Use. The Dialysis Center Purchasers shall purchase Amgen ESAs under this Agreement solely for their own use in providing Dialysis Services, and only purchases made by Dialysis Center Purchasers for such use shall be eligible for the Discounts provided under this Agreement. Dialysis Center on behalf of itself and each other Dialysis Center Purchaser covenants that none of them shall seek to procure any of the Discounts available under this Agreement for any purchases of Amgen ESAs not for its or their use in providing Dialysis Services, and Dialysis Center shall promptly notify Amgen in the event Amgen shall have provided any Dialysis Center Purchaser with any Discounts hereunder for any Amgen ESAs that were not used by them for the provision of Dialysis Services.

Own Use. Own Use shall mean a Private Network which can only be used as an integral solution in the Lessee's production etc. Thus the Lessee of the Frequencies must not use these for commercial provision of electronic communications networks or services.
Own Use. Except in the event the Charterer is an air charter broker, acting on behalf of its client but under its own name and liability, the Charterer undertakes to use the Aircraft in respect of the air transport services for the own use of Charterer’s passengers and their baggage only; the Charterer is not entitled to subcontract by reselling or subcontracting neither any part nor the entire capacity of the Aircraft. In the event the Charterer is an air charter broker, the Charterer is only entitled to subcontract the air transport services object of the Agreement to a single end user for the entire capacity of the Aircraft, without entitlement to sell individual seats on the Aircraft.
