The District will make every reasonable effort to adjust/balance class sizes per grade levels within a building and across the district, during the first two weeks of school as per the above statement. Overage Payment. In the event of a work load overage, the employee so affected shall be paid a stipend, retroactively, for each day of overage, until such matter is otherwise resolved.
