Over the-counter medications and Prescription Medications not otherwise covered including hypodermic needles and syringes and self-administered Injectable Medications except insulin and insulin syringes for the treatment of diabetes as described under Diabetic Supplies in Part IX.
Over the-Credit-Limit Fee. You may be charged a fee of $25 on a statement date if your New Balance on that date, less any fees imposed during the cycle, is over your credit limit. You will be charged the fee each subsequent month until your New Balance on the statement date, less any fees imposed during the cycle, is BELOW your credit limit.
Over. If our Company is later acquired in a merger or similar transaction after the Rights Distribution Date, all holders of Rights except the Acquiring Person may, for $100, purchase shares of the acquiring corporation with a market value of $200 based on the market price of the acquiring corporation's stock, prior to such merger.
Over. The clients will take over the Entire Electrical installation for operation on completion of the following. The Entire Installation shall be tested and commissioned as per the specifications. Original test certificates are furnished for all other bought out items. 6 sets of AS BUILT documentation, maintenance chart and operation and maintenance manual are to be submitted.
Over. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Amount’) for the purpose of studying as stipulated in Clause 2 of this Agreement. The Scholarship funding shall be payable in accordance with Schedule B. Provided that the sum indicated includes Tuition Fees, as officially communicated by the Institution at the time of signing this Agreement and Maintenance Grant. The Allowances incorporated in this sum are subject to continuous verification of eligibility and may be revoked if the Scholarship Awardee is deemed by the Scholarships Unit to have submitted false information when submitting the application for the Scholarship, at the point of signing this Agreement or after the signing of this Agreement. The Scholarships Unit - MEDE guarantee that funding will be available for this Scholarship for its entire duration subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the MSSS Regulations (2019) attached hereto as Schedule E. Over ranged employees shall have applied to their annual rate the percentage increase applied to Appendix I Part I of this Agreement. The result shall be rounded off to the nearest dollar. The bi-weekly rate shall be determined by dividing the annual rate by twenty-six point one (26.1) and rounding the result to the nearest dollar. The hourly rate shall be determined by dividing the bi-weekly rate of the employee concerned by ten (10) times the average daily hours of work of such employee and rounding the result to the nearest cent.
Over. 4.3.1.2 the sum of (x) the amount, if any, without duplication, that such Partner would be obligated to contribute to the capital of the Partnership, (y) such Partner’s share of Partnership Minimum Gain determined pursuant to Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-2(g) and (z) such Partner’s share of Partner Nonrecourse Debt Minimum Gain determined pursuant to Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-2(i)(5), all computed as of the hypothetical sale described in Section 4.3.1.1 above.
Over the-Credit-Limit Fee: An over-the-limit fee will not be imposed. In the event you incur charges in amounts which shall cause the account indebtedness to exceed the authorized credit limit by 1%, you shall pay immediately the amount by which the total New Balance exceeds such maximum authorized credit.
Over the-counter stocked Pharmacy items are available to employees at a discounted rate.
