Optional Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Clause Samples

The Optional Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance clause allows individuals to elect additional insurance coverage that provides financial benefits in the event of accidental death or specific serious injuries, such as loss of limbs or eyesight.
