Operational Reporting. At least four (4) times per year Distinctive Schools will provide the Board with comprehensive written reports on detailing school operations, finances, and student performance. In order to enable the Board to monitor Distinctive Schools' educational performance and the efficiency of its operation of A.I.M., upon the request of the Board, Distinctive Schools will provide written reports to the Board on any topic of school activity or operations and which are consistent with this Agreement.
