Operating Rate. Except when some other rate provided in the Drilling Order applies, in particular during Turnkey operations, the Operating Rate will be payable during the term of this Agreement. However the Company shall not continue to pay the Operating Rate in the case that the Republic of Kazakhstan Technical Inspection Board shuts the Drilling Unit for safety or similar reasons. Also additional services will be payable in accordance with Paragraph 7.10 of this Agreement and proper side agreement for such services.
Operating Rate. The Operating Rate specified in Appendix A will first become payable from the moment when the Drilling Unit spuds the first well at the first drilling location. The Operating Rate shall continue to be payable throughout the duration of the Contract except as herein otherwise provided.
Operating Rate. Except as otherwise provided in this Contract, once Turnkey Depth has been reached and the turnkey obligations completed, Operator shall pay Contractor the Operating Rate set forth in Appendix A until daywork operations are complete and the Drilling Unit is in a floating position ready to be towed (excluding however all hours for which other rates or fees are payable hereunder), notwithstanding any breach of representation or warranty, either expressed or implied, or the negligence or fault of Contractor, its employees, agents or servants, including sole and/or concurrent negligence, either active or passive, latent defects or unseaworthiness of vessels (whether or not pre-existing), and any theory of tort, breach of contract, or strict liability, including defects or ruin of premises either latent or patent.
Operating Rate. This rate applies to all activities covered by Operating Time set out in the Part IV: Specification that requires all or any part of the fully functional drilling rig and equipment, full crew, consumables (Principal owned and Contractor’s) and materials. hour
Operating Rate. The Operating Rate specified for each item of Workover Equipment in Appendix C will first become payable on the Commencement Date. The Operating Rate shall continue to be payable during the term of this Agreement, except when some other rate herein provided applies. Company acknowledges that the performance of the Workover Services will require the sharing of certain items of Workover Equipment between rigs and agrees that the unavailability of any item of Workover Equipment for use at any rig that results from its use at any other rig shall not negatively impact Contractor's compensation hereunder.
Operating Rate. The COMPANY shall at all times pay the CONTRACTOR the Operating Rate once the DRILLING UNIT has arrived at the COMPANY’s first well location, its transponders are laid on the ocean floor, the DRILLING UNIT is at drilling draft, all Dynamic Positioning (DP) trials are successfully completed and the DRILLING UNIT is ready in all respects to spud the COMPANY’s first firm well in Republic of Guinea waters, except for those days or part thereof during which any of the other rates quoted in Clauses 5.2(b) to 5.2(h) (inclusive) of this Section III are applicable;
Operating Rate. The Operating Rate specified in Appendix G shall be payable during the Contract Period unless another rate specified herein is applicable.

Operating Rate. The Operating Rate shall apply from the first Commencement Date to the Termination Date, except whenever any other Day Rate, including, without limitation, Zero Day Rate, shall apply.
Operating Rate. Unless the Contract is terminated prior to the end of the Specified Contract Term (as defined in Section 2.3), the Operating Rate as specified in Item A-22, Exhibit A shall apply during the Specified Contract Term, except for periods during which other rates are applicable or no payment by Operator is required.
