Operating Protocols. The Parties to the Agreement to which this exhibit is attached are responsible to comply with all of the following protocols before, during and after use of each other’s facilities designated in Exhibits “A” and “B.” Failure to comply with such protocols may be considered to be a material breach of the agreement to which this exhibit is attached. Updates to these protocols may be made at any time if agreed to in writing by both the Superintendent or designee and the Director, Parks and Recreation or designee.
