Open Source and Third-Party Software. “Open Source” means various open source software components licensed under the terms of applicable open source license agreements included in the materials relating to such software. Open Source Software is composed of individual software components, each of which has its own copyright and its own applicable license conditions. A current list of Open Source Software and third party software components used by Veeam can be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxx-oss.html.

Open Source and Third-Party Software. Any code or other intellectual property included as part of the Software that was licensed to Tenable by third parties that is not marked as copyrighted by Tenable is subject to other license terms that are specified in the Documentation available on Tenable’s website at xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/licensedeclarations/ (or a successor location). Customer agrees to be bound by such other license terms.
Open Source and Third-Party Software. The Software may incorporate third-party open source software (“OSS”), as listed in the Documentation or provided by Collibra upon request. Warranties made by the publisher of Third-Party Software are solely those of that publisher and not of insightsoftware. insightsoftware agrees that, to the extent commercially reasonable, it will pass through to Customer any and all warranties made by the publisher in respect of Third-Party Software.
