Ongoing Discussions. Each Stockholder shall (and shall cause its Representatives to) immediately cease and cause to be terminated any existing discussions or negotiations with any Persons conducted heretofore with respect to any of the foregoing. Each Stockholder agrees, until the Termination Date, not to (and to cause its Representatives not to) release any third party from the confidentiality and standstill provisions of any agreement relating to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Ongoing Discussions. The Employer agrees to meet with two sign language interpreters and a Union staff representative to discuss ongoing issues of concern including preparation time, employment status of supplemental/hourly employees, scheduling issues, recovery time, and staff meetings. Two (2) hours, or more time if mutually agreed, shall be scheduled for such meetings if requested by the Union. Employee representatives shall participate in these meetings on unpaid time.
Ongoing Discussions. Shareholder shall (and shall cause its Representatives to) immediately cease and cause to be terminated any existing discussions or negotiations with any Person conducted heretofore with respect to any Company Takeover Proposal and request the prompt return or destruction of all confidential information previously furnished by Shareholder.

Shareholder in Shareholder’s capacity as a stockholder of the Company, except in order to comply with Section 6.1(a)(iv) of the Merger Agreement, will immediately cause to be terminated any existing activities, discussions or negotiations by Shareholder or any of its Representatives with any Persons conducted heretofore with respect to any of the foregoing (including, without limitation, any Acquisition Proposal) and will inform each Representative, and each of the Persons referred to in Section 6.1(b) of the Merger Agreement, of the obligations undertaken in this Section 6.1 of the Merger Agreement and cause each Representative to comply with such obligations; and

The Stockholder (in his capacity as a stockholder and as the trustee of the Michel Trust) shall (and shall cause his Representatives to) immediately cease and cause to be terminated any existing discussions or negotiations with any Persons conducted heretofore with respect to any of the foregoing. The Stockholder (in his capacity as a stockholder and as the trustee of the Michel Trust) agrees, until the Termination Date, not to (and to cause his Representatives not to) release any third party from the confidentiality and standstill provisions of any agreement relating to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Ongoing Discussions. On the date hereof, each Shareholder shall, and shall direct his, her or its Representatives to, immediately cease any discussions or negotiations with any parties that may be ongoing with respect to any Alternative Proposal.
Ongoing Discussions. On the date hereof, NETT shall immediately cease and cause to be terminated any existing solicitation, discussion or negotiation by NETT or its Representatives with respect to any Acquisition Proposal.
Ongoing Discussions. During the Term, and at least quarterly, the parties will meet together to discuss improvements, enhancements, or other modifications such party intends to make to the Core Code and future versions of the Core Code.
