On-Line Systems Sample Clauses
On-Line Systems. If an Authorized Person elects to transmit Instructions through an on-line communication system offered by the Custodian, the use thereof shall be subject to any terms and conditions contained in a separate written agreement. If the Fund or an Authorized Person elects, with the Custodian’s prior consent, to transmit Instructions through an on-line communications service owned or operated by a third party, the Fund agrees that the Custodian shall not be responsible or liable for the reliability or availability of any such service.
On-Line Systems. If an Authorized Person elects to transmit Instructions through an on-line communication system offered by the Custodian, the use thereof shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions attached as Appendix I hereto. If the Trust or an Authorized Person elects, with the Custodian’s prior consent, to transmit Instructions through an on-line communications service owned or operated by a third party, the Trust agrees that the Custodian shall not be responsible or liable for the reliability or availability of any such service.
On-Line Systems. If an Authorised Person elects to transmit Instructions through an on- line communication system offered by the Custodian (such on-line communication systems shall not, for the avoidance of doubt, include email), the use thereof shall be subject to any terms and conditions contained in a separate written agreement. If the Security Provider, the Secured Party, the Funding 2 Security Trustee (for the purposes of the delivery of the Enforcement Notice) or any of their respective Authorised Persons elect, with the Custodian’s prior consent, to transmit Instructions through an on-line communications service owned or operated by a third party, the Security Provider, the Secured Party and the Funding 2 Security Trustee agree that the Custodian shall not be responsible or liable for the reliability or availability of any such service.
On-Line Systems. If an Authorized Person elects to transmit Instructions through an on-line communication system offered by the Custodian (“Custodian On-Line Services”), the use thereof shall be subject to any terms and conditions contained in the Electronic Access Services Agreement appended to this Agreement as Annex I. If the Fund or an Authorized Person elects, with the Custodian’s prior consent, to transmit Instructions through an on-line communications service owned or operated by a third party, the Fund agrees that the Custodian shall not be responsible or liable for the reliability or availability of any such service.

If an Authorized Party elects to transmit Written Instructions through an on-line communication system offered by the Custodian or an Affiliate of the Custodian, the use thereof shall be subject to any terms and conditions contained in a separate agreement. If the Depositary or an Authorized Party elects, with the Custodian’s prior consent, to transmit Written Instructions through an on-line communications service owned or operated by a third party, the Depositary agrees that the Custodian shall not be responsible or liable for the reliability or availability of any such service.

If the Issuer or the Trustee or any of their respective Authorised Persons elects, with the Custodian's prior consent, to transmit Instructions through an on-line communications service owned or operated by a third party, each of the Issuer and the Trustee agrees that the Custodian shall not be responsible or liable for the reliability or availability of any such service.

On-Line Systems. If an Authorised Person elects to transmit Instructions or receive information through an on-line communication system offered by the Custodian, the use thereof shall be subject to any terms and conditions contained in a separate written agreement, provided that in the event of a conflict between the terms thereof and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail. If the LLP, the Cash Manager or the Security Trustee or any of their respective Authorised Persons elects, with the Custodian's prior consent, to transmit Instructions through an on-line communications service owned or operated by a third party, each of the LLP, the Cash Manager and the Security Trustee, as the case may be, agrees that the Custodian shall not be responsible or liable to such person for the reliability or availability of any such service.
On-Line Systems. If an Authorized Person elects to transmit Written Instructions through an on-line communication system offered by the Trustee, the use thereof shall be subject to any terms and conditions contained in a separate written agreement. If an Authorized Person elects, with the Trustee’s prior consent, to transmit Written Instructions through an on-line communications service owned or operated by a third party, the Company agrees that the Trustee shall not be responsible or liable for the reliability or availability of any such service.
