Offensive Content. Neither Customer nor its Users may publish, transmit or store on or via Chatitive's network or equipment any content or links to any content that Chatitive reasonably believes: • Is obscene; • Contains harassing content or hate speech, or is violent, incites violence, or threatens violence; • Is unfair or deceptive under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction; • Is defamatory or violates a person's privacy; • Creates a risk to a person's safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, is contrary to applicable law, or interferes with a investigation by law enforcement; • Improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information of another person; • Is intended to assist others in defeating technical copyright protections; • Infringes on another person's copyright, trade or service mark, patent, or other property right, or violates any privacy right; • Is illegal or solicits conduct that is illegal under laws applicable to you or to Chatitive; or • Is otherwise malicious, fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against Chatitive by offended viewers or recipients.
Offensive Content. Pegasus may immediately terminate the provision of UltraDirect Services to Customer for any period of time during which Customer’s Web Site, or any electronic system maintained and hosted by or on behalf of an Onward Distributor with access to and use of data transmitted through the UltraDirect Interface, displays any Offensive Content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, before Pegasus exercises its termination right set forth in the preceding sentence, Pegasus shall first afford Customer the opportunity to remove such Offensive Content within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving written notice from Pegasus.

Offensive Content. You may not publish, transmit, or store on or via Novus’s network or services any content or links to any content that Novus reasonably believes: · Constitutes, depicts, fosters, promotes, or relates in any manner to child pornography, bestiality, or non-consensual sex acts; · is excessively violent, incites violence, threatens violence, or contains harassing content or hate speech; · is unfair or deceptive under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction, including chain letters and pyramid schemes; · is defamatory or violates a person’s privacy; · creates a risk to a person’s safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, compromises national security, or interferes with an investigation by law enforcement; · improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information of another person; · is intended to assist others in defeating technical copyright protections; · infringes on another person’s copyright, trade or service mark, patent, or other property right; · promotes illegal drugs, violates export control laws, relates to illegal gambling, or illegal arms trafficking; · is otherwise illegal or solicits conduct that is illegal under laws applicable to you or to Novus; or · is otherwise malicious, fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against Novus by offended viewers.

Offensive Content. You agree that you will not use the Services or the System for storing, reproducing, transmitting, communicating or receiving any Offending Content. For the purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy Offending Content means any Content that:

The sharing, posting, or otherwise disseminating content or materials that propagate, communicate, or encourage racism, discrimination, or harassment on the basis of race, origin, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, occupation, sexual orientation, illness, physical or mental disability, faith, political view or socioeconomical class is strictly prohibited.
Offensive Content. If the nature of the content being viewed on the Library workstation disturbs other Library users, the viewer will be asked to cease, to use a privacy screen, or be moved to another workstation.
