Odmena. The Mandatary is entitled to a remuneration of EUR 300 for each full day actually worked in accordance with Article I. 2. Odmena. (a) For services performed in accordance with the Agreement, AbbVie shall pay Institution the fees set forth in the Study budget attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A (“Study Budget”). The parties agree that the fees set forth in Exhibit A are based on the quantities of the Study procedures required by the EC approved Protocol as of the Effective Date. If a Protocol amendment, as approved by the EC, changes the quantity of existing Study procedures and AbbVie’s payment for the modified quantity of existing Study procedures will not exceed the overall Study Budget, AbbVie will provide Institution with a written notice and pay Institution without requiring an additional written amendment to the Agreement. The parties further agree that the amount for payments set forth in Exhibit A represents the fair market value for the services to be rendered and has not been determined in any manner that takes into account the volume or value of any referrals or business otherwise generated between Institution and any member of the AbbVie Group.
(a) Za služby vykonané v súlade s touto Zmluvou zaplatí spoločnosť AbbVie Zariadeniu čiastky stanovené v Rozpočte skúšania, ktorý je priložený k tejto Zmluve a tvorí jej súčasť ako Príloha A („Rozpočet Skúšania“). Zmluvné strany súhlasia s tým, že čiastky uvedené v prílohe A vyplývajú z počtu procedúr Skúšania ktoré sú požadované Protokolom skúšania schváleným k dátumu účinnosti príslušnou etickou komisiou. V prípade, že dodatok k Protokolu schválený etickou komisiou mení počet procedúr v Skúšaní a platby spoločnosti AbbVie za takýto zmenený počet procedúr neprekročia celkový Rozpočet Skúšania, poskytne spoločnosť AbbVie Zariadeniu písomné oznámenie a uhradí Zariadeniu zodpovedajúce čiastky bez nutnosti uzatvoriť dodatočný písomný dodatok k tejto Zmluve. Zmluvné strany súhlasia s tým, že platby stanovené v Prílohe A predstavujú objektívnu trhovú hodnotu za služby, ktoré majú byť poskytnuté, a neboli stanovené spôsobom, ktorý by prihliadal na množstvo alebo hodnotu nejakých odporúčaní alebo zákaziek vzniknutých medzi Zariadením a ktorýmkoľvek členom skupiny AbbVie iným spôsobom.

Odmena. 1. Príkazca sa zaväzuje zaplatiť príkazníkovi za riadne a včasné vykonanie príkazu podľa čl. I. ods. 1 tejto zmluvy odmenu vo výške 17 460,48 eur (slovom: sedemnásťtisíc štyristošesťdesiat eur a štyridsaťosem centov).
Odmena. 1. Objednávateľ sa zaväzuje zaplatiť autorovi za vykonanie diela podľa čl. II. tejto zmluvy dohodnutú odmenu vo výške 700,- eur (slovom: sedemsto eur) na číslo účtu uvedené v čl. I. tejto zmluvy.
2. Nárok na odmenu vzniká autorovi splnením všetkých zmluvných podmienok uvedených v čl. II. tejto zmluvy.

3. Objednávateľ sa zväzuje vyplatiť autorovi odmenu riadne a včas.
4. Odmena podlieha zdaneniu v štáte daňovej rezidencie autora.
Odmena. Zmluvné strany sa dohodli, že za služby podľa tejto zmluvy patrí NCZI dohodnutá odmena podľazák. č. 18/1996 Z. z. o cenách v znení neskorších predpisov a to v závislosti od počtu kľúčových slov ktoré sú u uvedené v Prílohe č. 2 tejto zmluvy.
