No Sublet. Only the Student and the Occupants, listed on this agreement, may occupy the Premises. This Agreement cannot be assigned, sublet, lent to or otherwise shared with another person. For greater certainty, the Student is not permitted to rent out all or any part of the Premises (e.g. a bedroom or other living area). This is so even when money or other considerations are not exchanged. Unauthorized assignment, subletting, renting or any other form of lending or sharing is a breach of this Agreement and may result in the eviction of both Student and Occupants (if any) and the person(s) occupying or sharing the Premises.
No Sublet. Except as set forth on Exhibit A, there is presently no subletting of the Property, or any part thereof, or assignment by Tenant of the Lease, or any rights therein, to any party.
No Sublet. Participant shall not sublet all or any part of the privileges established by this agreement.

No Sublet. A. This RENTAL UNIT CAN NOT BE SUBLET, assigned, rented to, or occupied by ANYONE BESIDES THE ABOVE NAMED LESSEES without XXXXXX’S PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OR LESSEES will be in DEFAULT.
No Sublet. Lessee shall not sublet or permit others to use the Premises.
