No Remuneration. Neither the Holder nor anyone acting on the Holder’s behalf has paid or given any person a commission or other remuneration directly or indirectly in connection with or in order to solicit or facilitate the Exchange.

The Eurosystem, in its capacity as the owner and operator of the ESMIG Services, shall not be obligated to pay the Network Service Provider, and the Network Service Provider shall not be entitled to claim or receive, a remuneration or compensation from the Eurosystem for the performance of its obligations under this Contract.
