Network Operation. CCT Shanghai-will provide resources to support the.operation of the CCLX NOCs 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. CCT Shanghai will provide qualified engineers and operations center personnel as required to adequately monitor the system as mutually agreed by CCT Shanghai and CCLX. CCT Shanghai will make available personnel at the NOC to provide technical advice, consultation and network control services, consisting of monitoring, configuration management, and troubleshooting, including field dispatch. NOC personnel will also provide technical assistance for onsite management and maintenance of the NOC facilities themselves.
