Network License. Licensee may install the Licensed Materials designated in the applicable License Certificate on an unlimited number of Computers and permit Use of such Licensed Materials solely by the Licensee’s personnel, solely for Licensee’s internal business needs, only so long as the maximum number of concurrent authorized users does not exceed the Permitted Number of authorized users.

Network License. The Contract Software may be installed only on a single designated network computer, and, at any given time, may be operated simultaneously only by as many users as the number of licenses acquired for the Contract Software.

Network License. If the Entitlement specifies that it is a Network License, Customer may allocate the applicable Licensed Units across the licensed number of Software instances provided that (i) such instances are all running on the Customer Network specified in Customer‘s Entitlement; (ii) the total number of Licensed Units does not exceed the number licensed under that Entitlement and (iii) a Usage Monitor is used to validate (i) and (ii) and to report such usage to Juniper. Customer shall not alter or disable the Usage Monitor at any time during the term of the network license and shall not disable, alter or destroy the Usage Monitor, its connection to Juniper or any data collected by such Usage Monitor. If the network license is granted as to a particular number of Licensed Units, then all licensed copies of the software in the Customer Network may not be used to support in the aggregate more than that number of Licensed Units.
Network License. ‌ Notwithstanding Section 18 TRANSFER, if Licensee has purchased a Network License (LAN or WAN), Licensee shall not run concurrently more instances of Software than the number specified in License Configuration. Network License. If ordered as a Network License, the Network License can be installed on a network server for use only to allow client access to the Software on internal Computers. Each Computer that accesses the Software on the network server must have a separate software license (other than the user manager software). A license for the Software may not be shared or used concurrently on different servers. The number of CPUs contained in the server must be equal to or be less than the number of CPUs the software is licensed for on that server.
Network License. If You have paid the fee for a Network License, You may use the Program on the number of sites You have paid for and by the number of users You have paid for on any computer connected with a server or similar network, provided however the Program may only be used on computers within a maximum of six subnets (with a wildcard character on only the third and fourth tuple following IP v4) of the network and the user of the Program must be physically present at the location of the of the site(s) You have paid for. Licensed databases may only be used together with the Software. You shall notify TCSAB of the Host ID of the computer acting as license server and the IP domains of the client computers on which You intend to use the Program, as well as the number of users that shall be able to use the Program at the same time and the location(s) of the site(s) on which you may use the Program.
Network License. If Licensee has purchased a Network License, Licensee may not run copies of the Software on more com- puters than the number specified in Licensee’s Network License. The conditions stated in this EUSLMA are applicable to each License and to each Licensee.
