Nature and Purpose of Processing. The Parties will Process Shared Personal Data only as necessary to perform under and pursuant to the Applicable Agreements, and subject to this Data Processing Addendum, including as further instructed by Data Subjects.

The Braze Services are a Software-as- a-Service platform that includes customer relationship management and marketing automation tools and enables brands to drive user engagement and retention through multi-channel campaigns.
Nature and Purpose of Processing. The Processing is related to the provision of SaaS solutions to the Customer, as further detailed within the Agreement, and Conga and its Sub-processors will perform such acts of Processing of Personal Data as are necessary to provide those Services according to Customer’s instructions, including but not limited to the transmission, storage, and other Processing of Personal Data submitted to the Services. The details of Processing are set in further in Attachment A.
