Multiple Services. An SLA is often a collection of documents which covers a range of service variants. Each variant may have a separate section in an SLA, and the Service Contract will point out which specific service variant has been agreed upon. In this case, each of them should be described, where relevant, by different elements presented in this document, as shown by the following figure. In this case, BMO may prefer to get information about the complexity and the dependency between underpinning contracts included in the SLA. Multiple Services. When a person in a position to refer settlement service business, such as an attorney, xxxx- xxxx lender, real estate broker or agent, or developer or builder, receives a payment for providing additional set- tlement services as part of a real estate transaction, such payment must be for services that are actual, necessary and distinct from the primary services pro- vided by such person. For example, for an attorney of the buyer or seller to re- ceive compensation as a title agent, the attorney must perform core title agent services (for which liability arises) separate from attorney services, including the evaluation of the title search to determine the insurability of the title, the clearance of underwriting objections, the actual issuance of the policy or policies on behalf of the title insurance company, and, where cus- tomary, issuance of the title commit- ment, and the conducting of the title search and closing.
Multiple Services. 20.1 If we supply multiple services, the special terms, prices, service terms that would apply to the different services if ordered separately apply to each of them individually within the mixture.

If a Consultant is providing more than one category or type of Services to ADOT for the Project (e.g., environmental services as well as procurement services) and there are differences in this Policy's considerations, standards, restrictions, limitations and outcomes applicable to those categories or types of Services, the standards, restrictions, limitations and outcomes applicable to a category that are more stringent will be applied (e.g., if a Consultant were only providing preliminary engineering services that have been completed, they may be approved to participate on a Proposer team, whereas, if they were also providing ongoing procurement services for the Project, they may not be approved to participate on a Proposer team).
Multiple Services. Zinia may provide several related and/or unrelated products to the Subscriber in addition to the Services. The Parties record and agree that should any other services rendered by Zinia to the Subscriber be terminated, whether by the Subscriber, Zinia or by mutual agreement, such termination shall not in any way impact on the Subscriber’s obligations in terms of this Agreement and the Parties shall, save for as contemplated in clause 10.3 below, continue to discharge their obligations in terms of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 10.2 above, should the Subscriber be in breach of its obligations in terms of any other agreements which the Subscriber may have concluded with Zinia (or any Zinia group company), Zinia shall be entitled to suspend performance of its obligations in terms of this Agreement until such time as the Subscriber has remedied its breach in terms of any other agreements which it may have with Zinia (or any Zinia group company).
